Our services
We provide comprehensive services of a project manager, from defining the main goals, through risks and opportunities analysis, set-up and adjustments of processes, staff recruiting, motivation and guiding, to reporting, finalizing the projects and administration of all required documentation.
We are profoundly experienced in contract management, including international projects worth tens of millions of euros. For our clients, we are able to provide the entire contract management services, from the initial negotiations, through entering into the contract itself and monitoring the fulfillment of the contractual obligations, to successfull completion of cooperation. The aim of our activity is to eliminate unnecessary risks from contracts and to set up the contractual cooperation in a way that will prove the old Roman principle that „good contracts make good friends“.
However, we are aware that cooperation can sometimes be quite far from the ideal. That’s why we are able to provide our clients with dispute resolution and claim management services.
We provide our clients with claim management services, from contractual risks evaluation, through tactiques to minimalize those risks, to the recovery of the claims. We are convinced that a good claim manager is the best asset for processing any dispute. Such person not only eliminates the negative effects of a dispute or lowers the costs to recover the claim itself, but can prevent the disputes from even happening. That’s because the best resolved dispute is the one that never needs to be solved.
Therefore, we provide our clients also with contract management and dispute resolution services.
We are well aware of the fact that the best solutions and best ideas come as a result of a discussion, or even an argument. However, if the communication falls out of control, a conflict can rise. That may be the time to call an expert. We provide our clients with a lot of services designed to prevent conflicts, but if a conflict is inevitable, or even happening already, we are able not only manage the claims of our clients, but to help them to resolve the dispute itself.
We are a true experts in out-of-court dispute resolution as we have a registered mediator in our team. However, if the out-of-court dispute resolution is not be possible, we can provide our clients with a full legal support during their trial (in cooperation with an attorney office).
We believe that there are a lot of hoaxes and rumours in the field of personal data protection, which make it very difficult for the businesses to make themselves compliant with the real requirements of the data protection regulation. Part of this problem is that there are too many different template documentations available on the market, with truly questionable quality and no particular usefulness to the client. We like to think differently, so our approach to the personal data protection agenda is truly focused on the individual needs of every of our clients. That’s why we do not provide our clients with any templates whatsoever, but help our clients to set up their own processes, tailored to their own needs and requests.
The main idea of our approach is that the personal data protection agenda should really be a live one. It should not be locked up in some unused drawer or look like a year old project which was obsolete the moment it was prepared.
Up to this day, we have helped more than 120 companies to analyse their personal data protection status via distant communication. Since this kind of communication might not be always sufficient, we provide our clients also with personal analysis and consultancy, performed at the client‘s location.
